Early Extension Correction Course

This course is designed as a self-taught course. You will learn to screen yourself for physical limitations that cause you to early extend.

There are step-by-step videos to show you how to do the screens. Don't worry they are very simple!

You will download a screening sheet to track your progress and document your results.

Using a matrix, I've created you will then compare your screening results to the matrix to find out which exercise lessons you will need to complete to correct your limitations.

The course provides directions for you to develop an exercise program based on your specific physical limitations.

The matrix and instructions make it easy!

The last unit in the Early Extension Correction Course lists several dozen exercises linked to videos that show you how to do the exercise correctly.

You will have lifetime access to the course materials including revisions.

Here Is The Curriculum

Four Units

Unit 1 Early Extension Review

An explanation of what Early Extension is and the issues that happen because of it. A review of leading causes and why you may have the early extension swing characteristic.

Unit 2 Physical Screens

Includes 7 lessons with a video and written description of each mobility screen you need to do to identify the physical limitations causing you to early extend. The screens are not difficult to learn. Follow the videos and mark down the result.

Unit 3 Developing Your Golf Fitness Program

All the instructions you need to build your workout and pick the correction exercises you need to do to eliminate early extension from your swing. The included matrix tells you what exercise group you need to do first, second, and so on.

Unit 4 Corrective Exercises

This unit includes 10 lessons with the exercises you may have to do. How many of these lessons you will do depends on your assessment results. Each exercise is linked to a video showing you how to perform the exercise correctly. All you have to do is follow along with the recommended number of reps and sets. The exercise matrix explains how to rotate new exercises into the workout.

How Long Will This Take?

You should be able to follow along with the videos and have yourself screened in 90-minutes or less!  Choosing the exercises will take 20- to 30-minutes, and then you are ready to go!

The exercise matrix is set up for 30-minute long workouts. It is impossible to say how long you will need to do workouts as that depends on the number of failed screens and the severity of the limitations.

I will say that it is a good idea to continue to do some of the corrections even after you have fix them to make sure the limitation doesn't creep back.
