Do You Want to Improve Your Golf Swing?
I’m sure you do!
Do you know the lack of mobility & strength can cause golf swing issues that no amount of golf instruction can overcome?
That isn’t all bad, though. Because you can fix the mobility issues and your golf swing, distance, and accuracy will most likely improve!
But how do you find out what those mobility & strength limitations are?
The solution is simple. If mobility & strength limitations are causing you to have swing issues, doesn’t it make sense that those limitations can be identified from a swing video?
If mobility & strength limitations are causing swing issues, doesn’t it make sense that those limitations can be identified from a swing video?
That makes sense right?
TPI has gathered swing and mobility screening data from tens of thousands of golfers. They analyzed the data and have determined which of the mobility issues may cause each swing characteristic.
I have been certified by TPI to use their methods to evaluate both physical limitations and swing characteristics of golfers.
If you can record two videos for me, (one down the line the other face-on) I will analyze the videos and identify which swing characteristics you have.
I will identify the physical limitations from the swing characteristics and develop an exercise program that will be specific to the limitations that are detrimental to your golf swing.
The Solution is Here!
By eliminating the physical limitations, you play better golf and become more physically fit at the same time!
For those reasons, I have created the TPI Swing Assessment Program.
Using methods taught by Titleist Performance Insitute, I will identify any of the 12 characteristics that your swing exhibits.
I will provide you with photo documentation of why you either have or don’t have each of the 12 swing characteristics.
You will receive a PDF document that include marked up photos and include an explanation of why you either have or don’t have a particular swing characteristic.
The photos will screenshots of the video, and they will be marked up similar to the background picture at the top of the page. I will e-mail the PDF to you.
The next step will be determined by which option you purchase.
TPI Swing Assessment has 3 Options
Option No. 1
In the first option, you will gain access to my Golf Fitness Course website where directions on how to record videos of your golf swing preside. There are also instructions on where you send your recorded videos.
Within a couple of days, after I receive your videos, you will receive an assessment of your swing with each swing characteristic identified.
The deliverable also includes the PDF photo documentation and a discussion of what you need to do to improve your mobility.
You also receive tips on how to narrow down the physical limitations that you may have.
From there you can use articles published on TMF to do a DIY program for yourself. Self-programing isn’t always the best way to correct limitations, but I understand that some people would rather create their own workout program.
It is always better to have a certified fitness professional create a specific fitness program for you.
But I wanted to give you the DYI option.
Option No. 2
In the second option, you also gain access to my Golf Fitness Course website and the directions on how to record videos of your golf swing. There are also instructions on where to send your recorded videos.
Within a week, you will receive an assessment of your swing with each swing characteristics identified.
The deliverable will include a PDF with photo documentation of the swing characteristics, and a discussion of the mobility and stability issues that are causing the swing faults.
The second option also includes a personalized 6-week exercise program with instructions and videos for each exercise. You will access the program on the Titleist Performance Institute website via a private web page & workout calendar.
I will e-mail you weekly to see how you are doing. The communication will add encouragement and accountability. Discussions can include modification of workout and instruction on how to do any of the exercises if you have having issues.
Option No. 3
In option No. 3, add an additional 3-weeks of new exercises to all the features of the second option!
Near the end of your 6-week exercise plan, I will schedule a Skype or phone call with you to talk about the previous exercise plan and discuss how you would like to modify the plan for the additional three weeks of the TPI Swing Assessment Program.
The new exercise plan would be added to your TPI personal website and calendar.
